Local Geeks IT Support has 3 methods in which you can use us. Pay by the hour, Pre Pay or Contract.

Pay by the hour:
Hourly rate. You pay on the day of service by either cheque or cash. Most work we do costs less than £100. You can use us as much or as little as you wish. There is no service level agreement.

Pre Pay:
Hourly rate (20% cheaper than “pay by the hour” rates above). You pay a set fee upfront (5 hours minimum). Any work we do gets taken off this amount. Credit with us does not expire. We will respond to your requests within 48hrs (but normally much sooner).

Contract:
Monthly depending on your needs. Unlimited technical support (Subject to fair use). We will respond to your requests within 24hrs (but normally much sooner).
